We catch the little B1 boat from Vippetangen to the closest island and wander the ruined monastery loop while the city shrinks behind us.

Back on the mainland we pick out something fresh from the fishmonger at Mathallen, plus whatever bread and butter looks good next door.
Cook it at home
We take the haul back and cook it simply. Pan, butter, lemon, salt. The kind of dinner that tastes better because we chose every part of it.
