Chanterelles in Änggårdsbergen
We hike into the forest with a basket and a knife, hunting chanterelles, blueberries, or whatever the season is hiding in the moss.
Fill in the gaps
We swing through a corner shop on the way back for butter, cream, bread, and a bottle of wine. Whatever the basket needs to become dinner.
Cook the haul
Back home we fry the mushrooms in too much butter, toast the bread, and eat what the forest gave us. Best meal of the month.
